SURF GOTH
Two months ago I realised I was transforming into a lazy, pasty, slightly overweight slob. To combat this i've been spending a lot more time in and around the ocean. I surfed for most of today, the conditions were great; first it was cloudy, then it rained, and finally the sun decided to shine. I shot this photo when I came in. My head hurts from dehydration.

CHESTER II

Chester was given to my house for a three month loan because he wouldn't stop urinating on my sister's roommate's clothes. However, three months quickly turned into three years, and nowadays he practically runs the show around here. My parents are convinced he isn't fat, I think they're blind with love.

ALPHABETISED

The main setback with alphabetising a vinyl collection is the foolish process of putting "some" albums aside with the intention of listening to them later. My bedroom floor was covered in scattered records before I decided on Simon and Garfunkel's double LP, 'The Concert In Central Park'.

BY KYLE

One of my best friends shot these photos of me when we were holidaying on the Gold Coast earlier in the year. Kjob (my buddy who shot the photos) and I were so wasted I can't remember at what time or on which day they were taken. Judging by the excess of grain, slow shutter speed, soft focus and empty bottles lining the table i'm guessing it was late in the evening, most likely a few days into the trip.

BOLD NATIVE
A fictional feature film about the real life absurdity of the U.S. government labeling animal liberators as "domestic terrorists". Bold Native weaves an intricate tale of one of the most important issues facing America and the world morally and ecologically – the impact and consequences of industrialized animal use. And with a character who faces prosecution and potential lifetime imprisonment under the recently passed Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA) for property crimes currently considered terrorism, the film also illuminates the danger of corporate interests influencing the law in a post-9/11 world.
NEW CAMPAIGN
I'd spent the past two weeks working on a new advertising campaign for SABRE. Today, after much deliberation, we finally made a decision about which ads were making the cut. This is a scrap heap of THOM PRINGLE images, a tiny insight into the amount of thought / work that goes into putting a campaign together. I'll post the campaign shots once an official press release is made (which should be in the next couple of days).

ABICUS INSTORE - TOI ET MOI

The friendly folks at Abicus threw a Friday night instore for French inspired Australian label toi et moi. They asked me to come along and document the festivities. An impressive assortment of cheese, crackers and fresh fruit lined the stomachs of those who treated themselves to the constantly flowing champagne. Fun times!

TIME TRAVEL
Einstein's Theory of Relativity says that time travel is perfectly possible - if you're going forward. Finding a way to travel backwards requires breaking the speed of light, which so far seems impossible. But now, strange-but-true phenomena such as quantum nonlocality, where particles instantly teleport across vast distances, may give us a way to make the dream of traveling back and forth through time a reality.

NIXTAPES, VOL. 1

Travis (one of my closest friends) and I decided to begin making playlists for one another. The idea is to exchange songs we think the other would like, there are no limitations on content, the simple goal is to provide each other with a bunch of new songs / bands.

FUCKYEAH ZINE

The Rad Store have compiled the first issue of their sixty page fuckyeah zine. They were nice enough to interview me, and even went to the effort of publishing an amazingly unflattering image of my double chin. 400 copies are available, drop in to the store and pick one up for free.
